This service is provided by Medway Community Healthcare for patients registered with any Medway and Swale GP practice.
- Book a blood test online
- Call 0300 123 3444, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. When prompted, choose Option 1 then Option 1 again.
Your Blood Form number and NHS number will need to be given to the phlebotomist.
