are working together to provide Covid-19 vaccinations at Lordswood and Rochester Healthy Living Centres for the patients registered with the practice within our grouping.

We are encouraging our patients not to attend the surgeries unless they have a pre-booked appointment, all these appointments will be screened.

  • Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, how you contact your GP surgery will be different at the moment.  This is to limit face-to-face contact where possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus
  • Face-to-face appointments are available for patients (where clinically indicated), but you will be asked to discuss your conditions over the telephone, via video or online first to assess what would be the most appropriate for you.
  • In addition to face-to-face consultations, we are offering consultations on line, via video link or over the telephone.

If you need to speak to a Clinician about a new or routine medical problem please telephone our trained receptionists who will direct your call to the most appropriate service or Clinician.

This action will prevent the spread of the virus amongst our most vulnerable patient groups, and will reduce the risk to staff as we cannot deliver care for our patients if we are off sick or self-isolating.

Please do not come to the surgery if you have symptoms of cough, fever, shortness of breath or loss/changes of taste and/or smell (anosmia)and believe you may have Coronavirus or if you have a household member with suspected Coronavirus stay indoors and ring 111 for advice.
