The practice has faced challenges with the IT systems merger, the specialised GP IT provided by Kent and Medway Integrated Commissioning Board are working to resolve an issue impacting incoming letters and results. If you attend a hospital or community appointment and the consultant or specialist requests a prescription or referral, please ask them to issue or action this during your appointment to avoid any delays.

Anima will remain closed until early next week, we will continue a same day appointment service, please call the practice at 8am if you feel you need to be seen.
