Your request goes to our dedicated Anima triage team, which includes two duty doctors (either Partners or salaried GPs) and two Anima coordinators. The doctors review your request to decide the most appropriate action, and the coordinators then follow this through by making a booking or contacting you with any relevant information.

Weโll respond within our core opening hours. Same-day requests are contacted as soon as possible, while routine requests are responded to within 48 hours. Youโll always hear back from us with next steps. Please make sure your contact details are up to date. Having the correct phone number and email address means we can reach you quickly with important updates about your care. If you change your details, let us know straight away so we can keep your records current.
